Octopi Central

Based on Banksy's "Space Girl" stencil work, a study for the couple on the 2007 Blur album "Think Tank". The girl is holding an octopus, a creature with multiple limbs, capable of shape shifting to a remarkable degree when under pressure or oppressed. It is also yellow.

Striking sculpture hand painted in a remarkably intense shade of blue, incorporating KA$M's signature humour and depth. Unique piece from his "BANKS-YVES" series of works.

With saltire monogram and signature on base.
